Experience
Gaining XP
As players gain experience, they are of course going to want to make use of it. This section is dedicated to explaining the way this can be done.

Experience will be given out at a rate of 1-3 Experience per game.

• 1 Xp - For attending the event and surviving the whole weekend.
• 1 Xp - For strong roleplaying, remaining in character, and adding a great deal to the atmosphere of the weekend. If you at least play your character, and stay IG, this will be the normal XP given
• 1 Xp - For astounding roleplaying, and impressing the GM's and other players, with your phenominal ability to add to storyline, and react to any given situation as if you were the character in all respects. This third Xp is only given on those occasions when we, the GM's, see it as warranted.

Using XP
Experience usage will follow the xp chart within the LotW book. A few things should be noted here though, to make things clear.

• Experience usage must be accompanied by a viable and legitimate IG reason. Simply going for a jog once a week will not gain you your third Athletics Ability
• Experience usage must be submitted before the end of the day, on the Sunday before the planned weekend. This gives the staff enough time to approve or disapprove the XP usage, as well as make the changes to tags and character sheets.
• Do not expect the staff to accept XP expendatures after this time, and if they do, it will be for the following month. An online form will be available in the coming months for those of you who wish to submit these things online. Until then, feel free to send the requests to crossroads@covad.net
